Free Domestic Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia. No minimum order value is required.

International Shipping We ship to 28 countries worldwide via Standard International shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Processing Times Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Australia: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • International: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing

Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery timeframes. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays and customs processing.

Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Customs & Duties (International Orders) International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.

Tracking All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframes above, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
