REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Australian Consumer Law Guarantees Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
60-Night Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind the Night Switch™ with a 60-night satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your results within 60 nights of receiving your order, contact us and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Standard Returns You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@circadiansleep.com.au. Do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us. There are no restocking fees on any returns.
Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@circadiansleep.com.au so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy for goods that are not of acceptable quality.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on gift cards or items that have been damaged through misuse or abnormal use after delivery. There are no final sale items in our store — all other purchases are eligible for return within the timeframes above.
Exchanges To exchange an item, return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@circadiansleep.com.au.
International Orders — EU Customers If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
